Kitchenware Sales Manager

Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding our customer base, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will need to provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with clients.

  • Perform sales functions, handle quotations, order follow-ups, client visits, and new product supply accounts.
  • Assist in product development for the European market.
  • Control company-designated profit levels and negotiate transaction terms in annual contracts.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments for each account.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients daily.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profits.
  • Collect customer feedback and conduct market research.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales and/or business management experience.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • business fluent in English and German.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in the kitchenware or homeware industry is a plus.
